Apparently, word goes around at the World Championship in Denmark that not only HC Davos is interested in signing the 32-year-old captain of the Czech national team, but also Swiss champion ZSC Lions have cast an eye on Červenka. The forward announced a while ago that he would not extend his contract with HC Fribourg-Gottéron and look for a new challenge.

For the past two seasons, Červenka suited up for Gottéron and made a lasting impression. In a total of 91 games in the National League, the 32-year-old recorded 34 goals and 73 assists for a total of 107 points.
