National League

As reported earlier by hockeynews.se, the Swede has closed a deal with the National League team for the 2018-19 season.

HC Davos has a new netminder on their roster

This definitely comes as a surprise as Davos already has two netminders which play regularly for them in Gilles Senn and Joren van Pottelberghe. But, as Gaudenz Dumenig tells the Tages Anzeiger, they are not willing to develop players who will not stay with the team long-term: "The goalie is maybe the most important position in hockey, this decision is thus in the interest of HCD. Our focus is not the training of players from foreign clubs."

With Lindbäck, they have now five import players under contract. However, according to the Tages-Anzeiger, they are likely not yet done on the market and might look to add another forward to the team.

Lindbäck has apparently received several two-way contract offers from NHL teams but then decide to play in Europe this season. Lindbäck suited up for the Nashville Predators' AHL affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals last season, posting a .908 save percentage in 56 games. He will now be part of the organization until the end of the 2018-19 season.
