After Del Curto's resignation - Will Inti Pestoni return to Ambrì?

The contract of the 27-year-old will come to an end after the current season. Contract talks with HC Davos have recently come to a standstill and Pestoni's departure seems to be imminent, the Südostschweiz reports. His former club HC Ambrì-Piotta has apparently offered the forward a three-year deal.

For Pestoni, it would be a return to his roots. He left Ambrì in 2016 and joined the ZSC Lions on a three-year contract. Only two years later, however, he left the Hallenstadion prematurely and moved to Davos. There, he has found his old form: With 17 points (six goals) in 21 games, he is currently HCD's top scorer.
