Having acquired the rights for the IIHF World Championship, the channels of the SRG will be able to show all the games of the Swiss national team. Moreover, the package also includes the right to broadcast all the games of the final stages of the tournament.
By securing the rights for the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, Swiss television will not only be able to show the games of the men's national team, but also of the Swiss women's national team.
