The Sports Awards Academy consists of 120 former winners of a Sports Award. In the category "Coach" they have nominated former HC Davos and ZSC Lions coach Arno Del Curto. The other nominees are athletics coach Jean-Pierre Egger and ski coach Karl Frehsner.
Moreover, also the Swiss national team has been nominated in the category "Team" as one of six nominees. This category will be decided in an online vote. You can cast your vote on the Sports Awards-website.
The winners will be celebrated on the Sports Awards ceremony on Sunday, December 13. The event is going to be broadcasted on SRF 1, RTS 2, and RSI La 2.
