The 23-year-old forward had been recalled by the Wild on October 13 since they were short on forwards (several injured players). In last night's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets, Bertschy played 5:23 minutes and was given nine shifts.
In total, the Swiss forward has played in 9 NHL games for Minnesota, scoring one assist. Bertschy now returns to the Iowa Wild for which he played three games this season thus far.
