Swedish Hockey League

The Swedish defenseman seems to have found a new team for the upcoming season: HV71 Jönköping.

Eric Martinsson is set to join HV71.

According to Johan Svensson (Expressen), the 26-year-old has agreed on terms with HV71 Jönköping. Martinsson, however, was not yet willing to comment on the news, but confirms: "I have made my decision about my future."

After 23 games with Genève-Servette HC, his future lies at home, in Sweden. During his short stint in Switzerland, Martinsson put up a total of five points (one goal).
