Djurgården's team manager Joakim Eriksson is in Switzerland for the weekend. According to information obtained by HockeyNews.se, he is looking to add new players to his team. Djurgården is currently dealing with several injured players and is looking for replacements for them.

"I'm at the European Hockey Club Convention," Eriksson tells HockeyNews.se. He also said that the "team-building" is not the purpose of this trip, but that he is looking to strengthen relationships in view of the next season.

According to the website, the Swedish club might also have some interest in Daniel Brodin (HC Fribourg-Gottéron) and Marcus Krüger (ZSC Lions). The two Swedish players will see their contract expire at the end of the season. They both have been in Switzerland since 2019.
