Former SCB defenseman Adam Almquist to play in the KHL

The KHL team posted a pixelated picture on Instagram this morning, asking their followers to guess who their next acquisition will be. A Google reverse image search reveals that it will be the Swedish defenseman.

It will be Adam Almquist second stint in the KHL. He already played for Severstal Cherepovets back in the 2014-15 season. The Swede comes off a championship title with SC Bern. He recorded one goal and 14 assists in 50 regular season games for the Bears, adding one goal and four assists in 13 games to his tally in the playoffs.
