Libor Hudáček joined Lausanne HC in February after this previous team, Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, was eliminated from playoff contention in the KHL. In his fourth game with the Lions, he suffered a broken tibia which resulted in an early end to his season.

For the coming season, the 30-year-old will return to his old team, Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk.

Prior to his move to Lausanne, Hudáček recorded 17 goals and 21 assists in 50 KHL-games.
