"Bolzano is a big challenge for me," Thomas, who will play in the ICEHL for the first time in his career, states. "I will meet some former teammates here and I know that the team has a long tradition."
SC Bern had already announced in March that Christian Thomas would not receive an offer from them for the upcoming season. The forward joined the team in October after having suited up for Barys Nur-Sultan for nine games.
In 28 regular-season games for the Bears, Thomas recorded ten goals and seven assists.
