Kissel's contract with EHC Visp is set to expire in Spring this year. He joined the Valais after five straight seasons with the Stavanger Oilers in summer 2017 and was able to record 39 goals and 57 points in a total of 89 games for them ever since.
The American, who currently ranks seventh in the Swiss League's scorer list, however, also attracts interests from other Swiss teams like SC Langenthal. EHC Visp's team manager Bruno Aegerter, for his part, recently confirmed to the Walliser Bote that contract extension talks with both Kissel and Mark Van Guilder would be well underway.
