Bílí Tygři Liberec's team manager would have liked to sign him to a longer deal as he has a valid contract in place in Finland as of next season.
Dominik Hrachovina first signed a contract with HC Ambrì-Piotta in July. The deal was valid until the international break. The Biancoblù decided not to extend his deal.
