As the Nottingham Panthers from Great Britain's Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) announce, they have signed the 34-year-old Canadian netminder to a two-year deal.

Before he joined SC Bern in February, Garnett suited up for KHL's Medvescak Zagreb, where he posted a goal-against average of 3.15 and a save percentage of .903 in a total 17 games this past term.

Garnett and his former teammates from Bern will meet again soon, as the two teams are going to encounter eachother twice in the upcoming Champions Hockey League group stage.
