Martigny Red Ice's Jacob Berglund signs with ERC Ingolstadt

Swedish forward Jacob Berglund will leave Martigny Red Ice and play for ERC Ingolstadt of the DEL next season.

Berglund, who joined Red Ice from Norway's Stormahar last summer, will thus leave Switzerland after just one season and continue his career in Germany. "I had a very good season in Switzerland and now I'm looking forward to the DEL," the 25-year-old states.

This season, Berglund appeared in 53 games for Martigny, scoring 27 goals and 45 assists for a total of 72 points,
