Over the past few days, Shore has experienced concussion symptoms. The ZSC Lions have thus decided to take him out of the regular practice and game schedule. Instead, the 26-year-old will undergo the recovery program "Return to Play", which is standard procedure in case of a concussion.

This season, Drew Shore has completed 13 regular season games for the Lions and is still waiting for his first goal. Although he has been able to add eight assists to his record so far, he has a team-low -11 rating.
