SC Langenthal's Claudio Cadonau to undergo knee surgery on Monday

SC Langenthal defender Claudio Cadonau will undergo knee surgery on Monday next week. If all goes according to plan, he is expected to return to the ice at the end of January.

Because of injury woes in Langnau, Cadonau has recently been loaned out to the SCL Tigers. In the Tiger's Cup game last Sunday against HC Fribourg-Gottéron, however, the 29-year-old sustained a severe knee injury which will keep him off the ice for quite some time.
