The 30-year-old has suffered a ligament injury in his knee. Surgery, however, will not be necessary, according to first examinations. Nevertheless, EHC Winterthur will have to make do without the Slovak forward for two months.
In 16 games for Winterthur this season, Marek Zagrapan has scored five goals and added five assists.
