The 27-year-old forward, who recently signed a two-year contract extension with SC Bern, underwent surgery on Friday, as he had to have removed a testicular tumor. Team manager Alex Chatelain states, however, that "there have not been any metastasis. As soon as the scar and the muscle severed by the operation have healed, Marc will be able to play again".
