Medical Report

Even though they were declared good to go for Thursday's clash in Geneva, neither Julien Sprunger nor Yannick Rathgeb hit the ice.

According to Le Matin, the two players suffered a relapse (concussion) the day before and were thus not able to return to the lineup. In addition to Sprunger and Ratgheb, Czech forwards Roman Červenka (upper-body) and Michal Birner (undisclosed) missed Thursday's game.

While the Dragons' head coach Mark French rules out the presence of Cervenka and Rathgeb for this Friday's clash with HC Davos, he is hopeful that either Julien Sprunger and/or Michal Birner will be able to return to game action.
