The 33-year-old forward has been out with a concussion since January 19, when he was hit by EHC Biel's Beat Forster. He is currently not in Switzerland. Still suffering from concussion symptoms, he is now seeking treatment overseas.

Whether or not Nilsson will be able to make his comeback in the playoffs remains to be seen, but his head coach has to assume that he will not be able to count on him for the postseason. The Swede only played 21 games this season, the other 29 he missed due to a back contusion and now a concussion.
