Defenseman Massimo Ronchetti (photo) will have to undergo shoulder surgery in the coming days and is expected to be out for about four months. Forward Raffaele Sannitz and defender Julien Vauclair are both suffering from a medial collateral ligament of the right knee. They will be treated conservatively without the need for surgery and should be good to go again for the start of the on-ice practice in mid-August.
