Brunner is working hard to be back on the ice in August, practicing twice a day, putting in 30 hours worth of training each week. He sustained a severe injury back in March. He was operated on the MCL of his left knee and also required surgery for the anterior tibiofibular ligament of his left ankle.

Fey, for his part, fracture his fibula and suffered a syndesmotic rupture and a partial tear of the inner ligament of the left ankle in Game 4 of the playoff series against HC Lugano. He, too, should be ready to return to the ice come August, even though he is not yet at 100 per cent, as he tells the same source.
