The 26-year-old forward has been out of the lineup since August 2017, when he ruptured the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) of his right knee in a pre-season game against HC Vítkovice. He missed the entire 2017-18 season.
Tonight, the HC Ambrì-Piotta forward will play against EHC Visp with the Biancoblù's Swiss League partner, the Rockets.
