The defenceman injured himself at the Deutschland Cup, during the game against the hosts. Because of the injury, he had to leave the game prematurely.
This season, after he had not been able to earn himself a spot with the Carolina Hurricanes in North America, Fora came back to Switzerland, where he recorded one assist in five games with HC Ambrì-Piotta.
