Johan Fransson left Servette's game on Saturday early

In the 18th minute of the game between HC Fribourg-Gottéron and Genève-Servette HC, the Grenats' defenseman Johan Fransson was tripped by the Dragons' Julien Sprunger. Apparently, the Swede sustained an injury on that play, as Keystone-SDA reports him as not having returned to the game after the incident. Sprunger received a major penalty plus an automatic ejection from the game.
