As Jérôme Reynard (24 heures) reports, Jonas Junland had to leave today's practice in an ambulance after sustaining a shoulder injury.

The Swedish defenseman fell on his shoulder following a duel with a teammate. After laying on the ice for five minutes, he was evacuated with a stretcher and taken to a clinic in Lausanne. According to Jérôme Reynard, the 31-year-old suffers from a triple fracture of the collarbone. The Lausanne HC top scorer will undergo an operation already this evening to repair the bone. The recovery time is estimated to be around two months.
