Hazen crashed against a goal post early in the second period and was not able to continue playing. According to HC Ajoie's team manager Vincent Léchenne, reported by Radio RFJ, the Canadian is suffering "only" from a large hematoma on his leg that might keep him out of the lineup for about one week.

In 28 games with the Ajoulots since season start, Hazen has managed to put up 16 goals and 24 assists for a total of 40 points. With that, he is currently the team's second best scorer behind his compatriot Philip-Michaël Devos (45 points).
