National team forward Lara Stalder done for the season

Stalder had been injured for quite some time but finally returned to the lineup last Saturday for the game against HV71. However, according to SVT Sport, she suffered yet another injury in the second period of her comeback game.

"It's really crazy and I truly feel for her, " head coach Madeleine Östling tells the same source. With Stalder, Linköping HC loses their best point-getter. Despite having played ten games less than almost everyone on the roster this season, she is still currently second in points (16 goals, 22 assists).
