Obrist, who missed the past two Championship games due to his injury, has suited up in 17 games for EHC Kloten this season so far, recording six points (one goal, five assists).
The Austrian forward with a Swiss players' license just extended his contract with the Swiss League team for another three years through to the 2022-23 season.
