It remains to be seen whether one of them will be able to play on Friday against HC Fribourg-Gottéron.

As HC Ambrì-Piotta's head coach Luca Cereda tells RSI, if both of them do not make it, there is the possibility that Jiří Novotný will make his comeback. The Czech has not played a single championship game this season due to his knee injury. He might thus also first play a couple of games with the HCB Ticino Rockets to get acclimated again.

Scottie Upshall already missed Tuesday's game against EHC Biel and missed practice again today. Flynn, for his part, played on Tuesday but might miss tomorrow's game. Both are out with undisclosed injuries.
