According to Freiburger Nachrichten, in the collision, Philippe Furrer took a fist to his head and remained dazed on the ice. He had to be helped to the locker room afterwards.
HC Fribourg-Gottéron lost their game against HC Davos with 5-2. Their next game is scheduled for Tuesday.
