"I am doing pleasingly well. I think I will be able to play again as early as Tuesday in Lausanne", Philippe Furrer tells the Freiburger Nachrichten. Friday night, the defenseman had to be helped off the ice in the dying minutes of HC Fribourg-Gottéron's game against HC Davos after a collision with an opponent. Today, he was able to be part of the Dragons' practice.
Teammate Viktor Stålberg, who is dealing with a concussion and has been mentioned to be close to a return, still has to be patient. According to head coach Christian Dubé, he might be back for Friday's game.
