It is not yet clear what the two EV Zug players are dealing with. Yannick-Lennart Albrecht went to the locker room after a hit by Simon Moser. He subsequently returned to the bench but was unable to return to play for the second period.
Raphael Diaz was injured right before he was penalized for slashing an opposing player. The incident occurred in the 11th minute of play. He was, however, not able to sit out the penalty himself due to the injury.
