Romain Loeffel, Raphael Herburger, and Daniel Carr are all dealing with concussions. While Herburger's return seems not to be too far away, Loeffel and Carr are still out indefinitely.
Niklas Schlegel, whose right thigh is injured, is expected to be out of HC Lugano's lineup for approximately 40 days. Troy Joseph's recovery from his fractured malleolus is going according to plan. He should be able to start skating again next week.
Elia Riva (hand) and Alessio Bertaggia were also not able to play yesterday. While HC Lugano only announced that Bertaggia was not at the disposal of the coaching staff due to falling on his face on Friday, their team manager Hnat Domenichelli confirmed to La Regione that he, too, is dealing with a concussion.
