According to Grégory Beaud (Blick), Sami Vatanen underwent further medical exams on Wednesday and it is not yet clear whether he will be able to hit the ice for Genève-Servette HC's games against the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers and EHC Biel.
Vatanen, who is currently in his first season with the Grenats, has recorded three goals and 13 assists in 17 games for GSHC.
