Yesterday, Dave Sutter and Raphael Diaz were said to be unable to suit up for HC Fribourg-Gottéron's game versus SC Bern. Sutter, for his part, found himself playing over 22 minutes. Diaz, on the other hand, did indeed not participate - he is dealing with an injury and might be facing several weeks of absence, as La Liberté reports.
"You will know more this weekend", head coach Christian Dubé stated after confirming his defenseman's injury, "We are waiting for the results of medical examinations."
