Dario Simion played his last game for EV Zug at the end of October. Simion required surgery because of a blade cut he sustained on his lower leg in a game against Lausanne HC.
As for Niklas Hansson, he was injured in a game in mid-December against the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. While the Swede has recovered from his injury, Jérôme Bachofner, Livio Stadler, and Lino Martschini are not yet ready to make their comebacks.
