Lucas Matewa has not played a single game this season due to a shoulder injury he sustained in the preseason. While the defenseman thus will play his first game of the season, HCC will also be able to count on Gaétan Jobin (HC Fribourg-Gottéron) and Victor Oejdemark (Lausanne HC).
Stefan Ulmer, Kai Wyss (shoulder injury), Arnaud Jaquet (minor abdominal injury), Karim Bouchareb (playing with Lyss), and Jaison Dubois (back in practice, albeit in a no-contact jersey), on the other hand, will not be in HCC's lineup.
