The 20-year-old forward crashed feet-first into the boards following a hit by the St. Louis Blues' defenseman Robert Bortuzzo in the first game of the second round of this years playoffs. Fiala had to be stretchered off the ice and was then taken to a nearby hospital.
Apparently, as Sportsnet writes, Fiala is already walking again. However, he will be sidelined for quiet some time.
