The only remaining team from the Swiss League, the current leader HC Ajoie, will have to face the ZSC Lions at home. The two teams already met in the SIHC in the 2017-18 season, when Ajoie ended up celebrating a 5-4 shootout victory against the Lions.
In the other quarterfinals, EHC Biel will face the SCL Tigers, HC Davos is going to host SC Bern, and the defending champion EV Zug will have to travel to Rapperswil.
