17 points in eleven games, one of them being the quarterfinal-winning goal against Mountfield, have earned the US-American a nomination.

One of the five nominees for the Champions Hockey League's LGT MVP award is EV Zug's Brian O'Neill. With six goals and eleven assists, the 34-year-old is second in scoring, only behind Frölunda's Ryan Lasch.

O'Neill's most recent goal was the series-clincher in the second leg of the quarterfinal against Mountfield HK.

MVP voting starts tomorrow and can be done on the CHL's website.
