"Nils is a gifted hockey player with a lot of experience at the highest level. He is fast, powerful, clever, and has a great understanding of the game. He is definitely a great asset for our team," team manager Diego Pieci states.
Nils Berger will also work in the private sector while playing for EHC Wetzikon. In 44 games for EHC Basel this past season, Berger recorded ten goals and 14 assists.
