As Daniel Monnin writes in the Berner Oberländer, Steve Huard will no longer be EV Bomo Thun's head coach as of next season.

The 39-year-old Canadian has decided to step down from his position. However, he wants to continue coaching Switzerland's U18 women's national team. Huard joined Bomo in 2016. This season, the SWHL A team has ended its season in fourth place.

There will also be some changes on the player side of things. Forward Molly Strabley will return to the USA and Sarah Forster's future has yet to be determined. As team manager Roger Rensch tells the newspaper, they would like to keep Lara Escudero and Leslie Oles. The two forwards led the team this season, scoring 32 and 31 points in 20 games, respectively.
