Kröni is the head of development of EHC Kreuzlingen-Konstanz and used to coach the women's U18 national team. Kreuzlingen and Weinfelden want to work more closely together in the future as well by launching the project "Frauen Eishockey Leistungszentrum Thurgau".

The goal of the project is to establish an elite program for women and girls, which will allow them to concentrate on their sport while also getting them the opportunity to learn a profession or study. The players of the SWHL A and SWHL B team will also receive an additional opportunity for a training session, which will be adapted to their individual needs. You can read more about the program and its implication for the junior section here.
