The 25-year-old forward returns to Switzerland after a one-year stint in Sweden.

"For the upcoming Olympic season, I wanted to return to Switzerland," Dominique Rüegg states. "It was clear to me that I would play for the ZSC Lions again when I returned."

The national team forward appeared in 16 games for Leksands IF, recording eight goals and one assist. This season aside, Rüegg has been part of the Lions' organization since the 2015-16 season. In the 2018-19 season, she even captained the Women's League team.
