ZSC Lions forward Kristi Shashkina returns to Russia

The ZSC Lions' women's team announced at the end of May that Kristi Shashkina, who joined the Lions for the 2020-21 season, would not return to them for the 2021-22 season.

Shashkina recorded four goals and nine assists in nine regular-season games for the Lions Frauen. She added four goals to her tally in the seven playoff games she played.
