The coach has selected 33 players (four goaltenders, 13 defenders and 16 forwards) in order to take a closer look at some young prospects. For the upcoming tests in November, December and January, the team's roster will be smaller, the SIHF writes on their website.

The Mont-Blanc-Cup will take place from August 15 to 20, in Albertville, France. Switzerland is going to face South Korea and France twice in the upcoming days. South Korea will be an opponent at the Winter Olympics 2018 and is therefore a good test for the young Swiss team.

The Swiss roster for the Mont-Blanc-Cup:
