Joël Genazzi has been provisionally suspended for his check to the head of the SCL Tigers' Julian Schmutz in the 44th minute of play of yesterday's game. Genazzi might face further disciplinary action for the incident.

David Stämpfli of EHC Olten, for his part, has received a one-game suspension for a violation of IIHF rule 142 (head-butting). The incident involving EHC Winterthur's Fabian Haldimann occurred on February 24. Stämpfli will also have to pay a fine of CHF 800.
