On January 19, during the game between Genève-Servette HC and HC Fribourg-Gottéron, there was an incident violating the rules for abuse of officials. Marc-Antoine Pouliot, having run over a referee, was suspended for six games as a result. His club, GSHC, has now appealed the single judge's decision at the SIHF's sports court.
